Here are a couple of interesting stories which turned up in my newsfeeds today. I’ve not had time to read them properly yet, but a quick skim is enough to know that the issues raised look to be as relevant here in the UK as they are in the US.

One thing I do find encouraging though: at least Google have been open and up-front about what happened, what caused the problem and what they’re doing to address it.

This looks like it will scare the crap out of me! But I think I better read it in any case. What always worries me is, if it turns out that we can’t create good electronic systems for healthcare purposes, what are we going to do instead…?
